How long does the delivery take?Your poster is printed to order and sent directly from the printer to you. Normally it takes 3-5 working days for the delivery to reach you, depending on where in our long country you live.

What type of paper do you use?For the best quality and durability, we use a thicker paper, almost like photo paper, with a low gloss to get the best possible poster. If you need a different paper quality, email us beforehand and we will try to accommodate your request.

How can I track my order?When your order is shipped from our print shop, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number. Make sure it hasn't gone to spam by mistake.

How do I know my order went through?After you have placed your order, you will receive an order acknowledgment to the e-mail you entered at the time of ordering. If you never received an order acknowledgment, maybe something went wrong. In that case, contact us and we'll take a closer look!

How long does it take to get your own poster?Normally, we deliver our own item to you in about 14 days. Exact delivery time is difficult to say as the workload of our illustrators varies. In periods where the delivery time is longer, we will keep you updated with information in good time.

Går det att få vad som helst som motiv?Nästan vad som helst går att få som motiv med några få undantag: 1. Ingenting som är varumärkesskyddat, till exempel Olof från Frost. Vi kan inspireras av olika karaktärer men inte göra avbildningar till 100 %. 2. Ingenting som är stötande. Vi undviker vapen och våld då detta är barnposters.

What are the shipping costs?All orders with a value over SEK 299 are sent out free of charge. For lower order values, we charge a cost of SEK 79 per order for shipments within Sweden. Shipping outside Sweden's borders always costs SEK 199.

How do I make a return?If you have changed your mind, you put the item back in the packaging and pay the return shipping. When the item reaches us, we pay back the money, excluding the return shipping, to your account. Returns are sent to: Sagoro AB Mårdvägen 13B 141 40 Huddinge If you have made a personal poster, where you have uploaded your own pictures, changed the color or something else, we are unfortunately unable to accept your return. Are my credit card details secure?Sagoro does not store card details, but they are saved with our partners Klarna or Stripe. Card payments handled by Klarna and Stripe are PCI-DSS certified.
